Celebrate Life and everything life has to offer…

…we HIV-positive people and cancer survivors are in our own elite club. You can’t buy in, and who you are or who you know, won’t gain you access to our world. But for day only, December 3rd, 2005, 9 AM - 4 PM, we invite you to be a part of our family, a family whose brothers and sisters you won’t easily forget.

Awakening each day to see another glorious sunrise is an Event we do not take lightly. Whatever your faith, He is up there, smiling upon us. It had been decreed that we would see another sunrise, so come and listen to our stories. How is it that we (many on the panel of speakers) are not just surviving with fatal illnesses, we are thriving and continue to make great strides in the field of sports, the arts and the academic world. We want to share our stories; why have we been chosen to live while others afflicted with HIV and cancer have not fared as well. Our success will be examined from both a medical and non-medical standpoint. AND to those of you who think we do not see things differently than our healthier counterparts, we invite you to visualize life from our death-defying artists who are thrilled to be around to watch their hair turn gray or just turn a year older. After all, the alternative is not too rosy a picture

We invite HIV-positive people and cancer survivors to attend the conference and display their artwork. Samples of artwork need to be submitted as we would like to prepare a collection of the artists work in a booklet form. Artists will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and we will be limiting the number of artists to 25. If you are interested in displaying your artwork, please contact us.

Pharmaceutical companies, sporting good companies, business groups, etc. are invited to rent space to display their literature and / or products. A 6’ X 6’ space will be made available at a price to be determined. Earlier requests will receive a discounted rate. Twenty such spaces will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are interested in displaying your literature and / or products please contact us.

If you are a doctor, an HIV-positive person or cancer survivor, with a great story, or someone who has related information that they would like to speak about, please contact us.
